All orders placed during a drop will be shipped within 4–7 days. These timeframes may vary slightly (by 1–2 days) depending on traffic and order volume during the release.

Orders placed outside of drop days are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, as fast and reliable delivery is a key part of the KLAV Studios experience.

From time to time, certain items may be sold as Pre-Order. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout, with each pre-order item having an estimated shipping time of 20-28 business days..

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If your delivery timeframe has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us via email and we’ll lodge a formal enquiry with our fulfilment partners.

Return Policy

At Klavstudios, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, only items purchased at full price are eligible for return, and will be issued store credit. All sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of your order being delivered. After this window, we are unable to accept any return requests. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer want the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and sent back in its original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or minor defects will not be accepted.‎

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered at your own expense. Due to the limited nature and high sell-through rate of our collections, exchanges may not always be available.
