Refund policy

SIZING EXCHANGES


Sizes may be swapped out for those that are available if the item is not sold out. Within seven business days after receiving the product, an exchange must be made.

If those conditions are satisfied and you want to swap a product, your item(s) must also meet the following standards:

- be sent back within seven days of the delivery date.
- be in its original, untouched, unwashed, and undamaged state.
- be sent back with the tags still on and in the original packaging.

If an exchange or return does not follow our exchange or return policy, MNCHRM maintains the right to refuse it. If an exchange or return doesn't follow our rules, we reserve the right to send it back to the shipping address.

We are quite open and honest regarding the size, weight, and content of our items. On this front, refunds won't be given. To avoid this problem, we recommend that you carefully study the product description, specifications, and sizing tables.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

A product may only be refunded if there is a manufacturing problem.
If there is a problem with the garment, you must notify MNCHRM (together with documentation of the damage or error) within seven business days after the delivery date to receive a refund. Items must be unworn and in brand-new, original condition to be returned. Within ten days of getting in touch with MNCHRM, returns must be sent back.

You must give your original payment method 5-7 business days to process your return after it has been received.The refund transfer to your account can take longer than expected according to your bank.




NOTICE: We do not pay for the shipping for any exchanges, returns, or refunds. Payments/Refunds will only take place in regards to size exchanges and returns. In any other matter, refunds will not be possible. 


TRADE PROCESS: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. MNCHRM disclaims liability for any things that are lost or damaged in transit.
